This deliciuos Italian ring cake is simpli,fast and butter-free, can ideal for snack or dessert. 8/10 servings Difficulty: medium Ingredients 3 medium eggs 250g plain flour 250g granulated sugar 130ml sunflower oil 130ml sparkling spring water 60g Nutella 17g baking powder Instructions -Preheat the oven to 150° - Beat the eggs and sugar for 10 minutes -Gradualy beat the oil and water and mix well -Blend in the compost gradualy the weat,mix well and put in the baking powder -Butter and flour a 24 cm wide bundt cake mould and scrape in 3/4 of the batter. -Add Nutella into the remaining batter,mix well and then scrape it into the mold,drawing some doodle on the surcafe. -Bake the cake for 35 minutes,do the test with a toothpick to see if it is dry inside. -Let cool and the remove it from the mould.
